What does the HFC Depression Challenge look like?
I check-in daily to make sure I practice my healthy habit, read the lesson, and work-out. This daily check-in creates accountability for me as well as structure to my daily routine.

This week our healthy habit is to "eat healthy fats." We learn in the lesson what those are and how to prepare them. You can read or listen to the lessons. I choose to listen to my lessons while I go for a walk, (sunshine can help depression). Some mornings, if I'm in a rush, I skip the walk and listen to it on my commute to work. Whatever works!
I like to end the day with the workout. You can do it whenever it fits into your schedule. At night, I do the work-out. For the Depression challenge, work-outs are 10 minute guided meditation walks. You can do this during the day to get that sunshine or at night and enjoy the beautiful moon. Whatever works!
