HFC Monthly Challenge (March)


You probably saw my Instagram video but just in case check it out below!


Little cheer to me!



I AM GETTING BETTER AT VIDEO! YAY! Just forgot to do it horizontally instead of vertically... Womp...Womp...Wommmmppppp...


But if you are taking part in this challenge here is some more information for you:


1. Even though it sounds easy, it might prove more challenging than you think. That is OKAY!


2. Don't overthink this one. Keep it simple. Check in with yourself a few times a day. Ask yourself: How are you feeling? Maybe rank it on a scale of 1-10. 10 being AMAZING and 1 being blehhh. Are you around a 6 or even under? Try going for that 5-10 minute walk and see how you are feeling! Turn on some happy music or one of the guided meditations from our LAST POST and see how you feel.


3. Keep track. Any easy way to do this is to write down the time, the number before the walk and the number after. This might not help a ton at first but you'll be surprised by how much it can help after a few days!


4. Last one! Don't be afraid to keep walking passed the 10 minutes if you're feeling good or in the groove. Just try to get to at least 5 minutes.
