Even if you aren't doing all the workouts from home these can be really helpful when you're short on time.

Assessments (NEED TO GET)

When we start and every two weeks we will be checking your progress. Here are some recommendations for you curtesy of Amazon.

Highly recommended for your home workouts!

  • Don't want to get a gym membership?

  • Don't have time for the full workout?

  • Don't have time to get to the gym?

All of the At-home workouts can be done with a band and a single dumbbell.

While one band and one dumbbell is the minimum, you’re going to be working out on this program for a full year -- and we hope that you keep doing so after the program ends. Thus, a few different dumbbells and bands would be a very smart investment and help you get the most out of your workouts.

Here are some recommendations for you:

Dumbbell Options!

As a minimal starting point, we recommend a range of three dumbbells: a light, medium and heavy one.

  • For most women, that will be about 10, 25 and 45 pounds.

  • For most men, 15, 35 and 55 pounds would be a good start.

Those three weights will give you a pretty good range to work with, at minimal cost and floor space. Of course, more weights will always give you more options, and make it easier to adjust the difficulty of your workouts.

Optional Workout Log:

Unfortunately there is no way to log your workouts on the ProCoach app.  IT IS IN DEVELOPMENT! And I am working on a workout log for google drive. However keeping a log of your workouts with what weight you use for each exercise can be very helpful.  Here are some of my recommendations for tracking your workouts.
